I thought you did a great job. I was certain that the carpet needed to be replaced but now it looks great. I was really pleased that they guys took their time and did such a thorough job. I have found a carpet cleaner that is dependable and does an excellent job.

I'm thrilled and the carpet and grout aren't even dried yet. The gentlemen were courteous, polite, clean appearance and knew what they were doing. I was comfortable to have them in the house. I have a new appreciation of the damage, so to speak, of dust mites, how important regular maintenance is, correct after care of tile and grout. Even learned a way to hide a TV cable that would be a safety hazard.

I had an event coming up an decided it couldn't get worse so I called you (Thank God) I swear, my friends think I got new carpet! We love the feel of carpet, but with FL sand and two big dogs - I was going to switch to laminate. Now I can keep my carpets because someone (you) can help me keep them looking and feeling brand new.
